SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY

This Shipping & Return Policy covers orders from the Carissa’s Chronicles Store.

Shipping:

  • Good news: shipping is free on all orders!

  • Books ship within the United States only, typically within 2–3 business days from South Carolina, USA.

  • Prints, mugs, stickers, and other merch are made-to-order just for you—please allow 2–5 business days for production before they ship. These can ship internationally!

  • Digital downloads (such as photo downloads) are delivered digitally—no shipping needed, and you’ll receive your download link immediately after checkout.

Returns:

  • Books are sold as-is are not eligible for returns—please read the condition notes on each listing carefully before buying.

  • Made-to-order merch can’t be returned either, however, defects and misprints can be rectified by contacting us.

  • Digital downloads can’t be returned or refunded—once downloaded, they’re yours to keep.

Damaged, lost, or wrong items:

  • If your arrives damaged, goes missing, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us through the Contact page and we’ll make it right.
